This bustle skirt is a wonderful accessory to any outfit, designed to sit over skirts, leggings, or hot pants and to give an outfit some Victorian flare, or Lolita flare depending on your tastes! The bustle is approximately 27 inches in total at the back and is made up from a 6 inch twill corseted waist band and 3 layers of lace in varying lengths, the longest measuring in at 21inches. The lace is backed with a black lining. The front features a row of hook and eye fastening on each hip, the row on the right undoes entirely, allowing for easy dressing and the row on the left hip is decorative. The waistband is also wider at the front and features a matching, lined swag of black lace that gathers just below each row of hook and eyes, it is 6 inches at its longest point.
